Sigla acts as originator in its first market CQS securitization

Client(s) Sigla S.r.l.

Jones Day advised Sigla S.r.l., as originator, in the take-out phase of the securitization of receivables arising from personal loans backed by the assignment/delegation of one-fifth of salary/pension originated by Sigla. The securitization has been arranged by Société Générale and the senior and mezzanine notes were issued by Pelmo S.r.l. and have been publicly placed in the primary market to qualified investors with the assistance of Société Générale and Intesa Sanpaolo, as joint lead managers.
