Jones Day assisted Bank Degroof Petercam, Belfius Bank, BNP Paribas Fortis, and KBC Bank, as dealers, in connection with the update and increase of the €325 million EMTN Programme by Immobel SA/NV, the largest listed real estate developer in Belgium. Notes qualifying as green bonds may be issued under the Programme on the basis of a framework established by the issuer and subject to a review by a third party. The base prospectus was approved by the Belgian FSMA on June 1, 2021 and is fully compliant with the EU Prospectus Regulation requirements.
