Client(s) Consortium of senior creditors

Jones Day advised the consortium of senior creditors, represented by BNP Paribas Fortis SA/NV as intercreditor agent and security agent, in connection with the project completion and conversion of Northwester 2's offshore wind farm located approximately 50 kilometers off the Belgian coast, whereby the project successfully enters into its operating phase.
