Jones Day represented The Real Estate Council Community Fund, a community development financial institution, in connection with a construction loan by The Real Estate Council Community Fund to the Resource Center of Dallas, Inc., a local non-profit organization, for the acquisition of several parcels of land located in Dallas, Texas and the development of an 84-unit senior housing development serving the LGBTQ+ senior community.
