Jones Day filed an amicus brief on behalf of the United States Chamber of Commerce in support of certiorari in a lawsuit challenging certain regulatory guidance by the Internal Revenue Service. The brief principally argues that the Supreme Court should grant certiorari in the case because the Anti-Injunction Act does not bar pre-enforcement challenges to tax-related regulations.
