Jones Day advised Aberdeen Infrastructure (HoldCo) B.V. in the acquisition of 47.5% of the share capital and related financing of the Spanish company Autopista del Guadalmedina, Concesionaria Española, S.A.U., the concessionaire that manages the Guadalmedina highway (AP-46 Málaga – Las Pedrizas).
