SITE Centers completes $195 million registered public offering

Client(s) SITE Centers Corp.

Jones Day represented SITE Centers Corp., a self-administered and self-managed real estate investment trust, in connection with its $197.5 million registered public offering of 13,255,000 Common Shares. SITE Centers intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to redeem a portion of the depositary shares representing its outstanding 6.50% Class J Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares.
