Jones Day advised U.S.-based Gulftech International, Inc., a diversified holding company operating global manufacturers of food processing equipment, in connection with the acquisition, through a subsidiary, of 100% of the outstanding shares of the Italian manufacturer of fruit and vegetables processing machinery ABL S.p.A. from its shareholders NEIP III SICAF S.p.A. and members of the Ascari family, the company’s founders.
