Jones Day advised a global private investment firm in the acquisition of 32.7% of the issued shares in NBG Pangaea REIC, the largest listed REIC in Greece, from the National Bank of Greece for €390 million (US$435 million). Pangaea is comprised of more than 330 commercial properties across prime markets in Greece and Italy.
