Jones Day advised Conagra Brands, Inc. in the sale of its Italian-based frozen pasta subsidiary, Gelit S.r.l. (headquartered in Doganella di Ninfa, Latina, Italy) to an Italian investment company owned by Italian Private Equity sponsors Consilium SGR S.p.A. and Progressio SGR S.p.A., and by MMM S.r.l. whose reference shareholder is Italian entrepreneur Massimo Menna.
