Jones Day advised Middlewood Locks LLP in its joint venture between DOOR, S.L.P, Stichting Depositary APG Strategic Real Estate Pool, and QD UK Holdings Limited Partnership on the joint venture arrangements in connection with the completion of the acquisition of the Phase 1 property at the Middlewood Locks development in Manchester and the transfer of the Phase 1 property into the Get Living Plc group.
