Boule Medical acquires hematology platform and laser module product line

Jones Day represented Boule Medical AB in its acquisition of hematology platform and laser module product line from Drew Scientific, Inc. The asset purchase transaction closed on April 18, 2018 for the aggregate purchase price of $3,000,000, paid in two stages: at the closing of the acquisition, our client paid $2,250,000 to the seller. The remainder is due upon the successful completion of the technology transfer by the seller, as contemplated by the Asset Purchase Agreement.
