Jones Day acted as collateral counsel to BNP Paribas with respect to first priority security interests on two "feeder" power plants located in Ohio and Indiana (with agreed collateral value of $110 million) in connection with and securing $185 million credit facility from client as lender and administrative collateral agent in favor of Kimura Power, LLC.
