Jones Day represented Athyrium Capital Management in connection with the refinancing of Biom'Up's existing debt, financing of the production and marketing of its flagship product HEMOBLAST™ Bellows in the United States and the European Union, and the financing of its external growth. Athyrium Capital acted as sole lender through the issuance of bonds subscribed by its fund Athyrium Opportunities III Acquisition LP.
