Client(s) Castlelake, L.P.

Jones Day advised Castlelake, L.P. in relation to (i) the purchase of a real estate portfolio owned by Fondazione CA' Granda by way of multiple sale and purchase agreements in the form of asset deals; (ii) renegotiation and drafting of new lease agreements with certain tenants; and (iii) general assistance on real estate matters related to the particular nature of the seller and the portfolio.
