Bayerische Landesbank structures new securitization of receivables owned by Banca Farmafactoring

Jones Day advised Bayerische Landesbank Munich (BLB), as arranger, in connection with the structuring of an Italian securitization transaction. The securitization refers to receivables sold by Banca Farmafactoring and owed by Italian public healthcare authorities and/or public hospitals and/or equivalent entities in the public sector located in various Italian Regions.

The transaction was carried out by an Italian securitization vehicle established pursuant to Italian Law No. 130/1999 and was made through the issuance of a "partly paid" note.
