Jones Day advised Terwilliger Pappas Multi-Family Partners, LLC regarding the acquisition of land for development of a mixed-use multifamily retail project with public/private partnership components in Suwanee, Georgia known as SolisTown Center, including, inter alia, negotiation of construction financing with Cadence Bank, a joint venture agreement with an institutional equity investor, a construction contract with a general contractor, and tax abatement bond offering from the Downtown Development Authority of Suwanee, Georgia.
