Client(s) Air Medical Group Holdings, Inc.

Jones Day represented AirMed International, LLC, an air medical transport company and a subsidiary of Air Medical Group Holdings, Inc., in connection with its acquisition of certain assets from Air Medical, LLC, a Texas-based company engaged in the business of providing fixed wing air ambulance medical transportation services. As part of this transaction, AirMed International, LLC also acquired the interests in two related limited liability companies, Jet Center, LLC and AM Hangar, LLC.
