Riverside forms Riverside Acceleration Capital

Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day advised The Riverside Company in connection with the formation of Riverside Acceleration Capital ("RAC"), a growth lending fund. RAC closed at its target with $50 million in capital commitments. Riverside's first growth lending fund will provide financing to growth software companies. RAC also intends to support its companies with follow-on equity investments. The Riverside Company is a global private equity firm focused on making control and non-control investments in growing businesses valued at up to $400 million.
