Jones Day represented DDR Corp., a self-administered and self-managed real estate investment trust, in connection with the establishment of an at-the-market program for the sale of up to $250 million of its Common Shares. Sales under the program may be made on an immediate or forward basis.

BNY Mellon Capital Markets, LLC; KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc.; and Scotia Capital (USA) Inc. served as agents under the program.
