Jones Day represented KeyBank National Association, as administrative agent, in connection with a $135 million fourth amended and restated credit agreement for Preferred Apartment Communities Operating Partnership, L.P., the operating partnership of Preferred Apartment Communities, Inc., a Maryland real estate investment trust formed primarily to acquire and operate multifamily properties. The facility consists of a revolving line of credit.
