Bonhams settles multiple litigations in the Commercial Court arising out of £9.6 million sale of rare 1954 Ferrari at auction

Jones Day advised the auction house Bonhams 1793 Limited on discharge of contracts, complex title, and other related issues in four multiparty pieces of litigation in the Commercial Court. The litigation arose out of the auction sale of a 1954 Ferrari 375-Plus for £9.6 million by Bonhams to Copley Motorcars, and settled on the first day of the trial.
