Jones Day advised Sabby Capital LLC, in the context of a PIPE launched by Quantum Genomics, a French listed biotechnology company, via a private placement of shares and warrants in the United States subscribed by U.S. investment funds managed by Sabby. The transaction was followed by a public offering by Quantum Genomics with a priority subscription period for existing shareholders backstopped by two institutional shareholders.
