Jones Day advised Seventure Partners in connection with its purchase of Series D Stock in a private placement by Payleven Holding GmbH, a mobile payments company serving European businesses. Holtzbrinck Ventures, ru-Net, B Cinque, New Enterprise Associates, and MePay acted as co-investors in the $10 million investment round.
