DV4 sells DV4 Properties West Hallam to Hansteen Holdings

Jones Day advised DV4 Limited, which is advised by Delancey Real Estate Asset Management Limited, in connection with the sale of DV4 Properties West Hallam Co. Limited, a SPV which owns West Hallam Industrial Estate, for £27.3 million (US$42.1 million) to Hansteen Holdings plc. The Estate in Ilkeston, South Derbyshire covers 118 acres and includes 106 buildings totaling 1.28 million square foot, and is currently let in its entirety to Norbert Dentressangle.
