Jones Day represented ING Capital LLC in connection with the negotiation and finalization of a €13.5 million (US$14.7 million) credit facility provided to a special-purpose vehicle controlled by RAGS Immo IVG, a German Real Estate fund reserved to institutional investors, for the acquisition an office building located in Rome.
