Jones Day advised Seventure Partners in connection with its investment in Webdata Solutions GmbH, a developer and provider of software solutions to enterprises for the integration and quality improvement of web data. Senovo, b-to-v Partners, and TGFS acted as co-investors in the €4 million (US$4.5 million) investment round.
