Jones Day advised Kempen & Co. and Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, as joint global coordinators, in connection with the €45 million (US$51 million) rights issue by Valneva SE, a European biotechnology company developing, manufacturing, and commercializing innovative vaccines, in a public offering in France and in related private placements in the United States and elsewhere in Europe. Valneva is listed on Euronext Paris and the Vienna Stock Exchange.
