Toma Capital Management acquires stock of EZ Shipper Racks

Client(s) Toma Capital Management, LLC

Jones Day advised Toma Capital Management, LLC in connection with its acquisition and related debt and equity financing of the acquisition of the stock of EZ Shipper Racks, Inc., a reusable rack rental, recovery and close loop logistics management company in the nursery industry. The financing consisted of a term loan, a revolving credit facility, and a convertible term loan note provided by California Bank & Trust.
