Jones Day represented ESO Capital, as lender, in connection with the €35 million (US$41.3 million) refinancing of Moventas Gears Oy, a Finnish gear manufacturer and servicer of wind turbines. The refinancing was completed simultaneously with the demerger of the wind gears and industrial gears businesses of Moventas Holdings.
