Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day advised The Riverside Company in connection with the acquisition and related financing by portfolio company YourMembership.com, Inc. of Digital Ignite, LLC, a provider of SaaS continuing education and learning management system software for associations, member-based organizations, and corporate clients. The financing consisted of an amended credit facility.
