Jones Day advised Cardinal Health, Inc. with the sale of certain assets associated with its physician office distribution business to Henry Schein, Inc. and with an exclusive long-term distribution agreement with Schein to provide one of the most comprehensive service and product offerings to office-based medical practices. Henry Schein has committed to purchase Cardinal HealthTM Brand products and utilize Cardinal Health as a primary source for various medical products.
