NEP acquires Mira Mobile Television

Jones Day advised NEP Supershooters, LP ("NEP") in the acquisition of Mira Mobile Television, Inc. and Mira Mobile Canada Inc. (collectively, "Mira"). Mira owns and operates mobile television broadcasting units used by major broadcast networks for sporting and other live televised events in the west coast of the U.S. and British Columbia. The acquisition is structured as an asset purchase and will continue to expand NEP's industry footprint along the west coast of the U.S. and Canada.
