Jones Day advised a sovereign wealth fund in connection with its significant investment as a limited partner in ACON Latin America Opportunities Fund IV LP, an Ontario limited partnership formed primarily to provide equity and quasi-equity risk capital to companies focused on, or with significant operations in, Latin America with capital commitments of approximately US$500 million.
