OAS and subsidiary Construtora OAS obtain $150 million letter of credit and reimbursement facility

Jones Day advised OAS S.A. and its subsidiary Construtora OAS S.A., a Brazilian heavy and civil construction firm, in connection with the $150 million revolving trade-related standby letter of credit and reimbursement facility provided by an international syndicate of banks led by BNP Paribas, as administrative agent, to support Construtora OAS S.A.'s business and operations in over twenty countries throughout Latin America, Africa, and the Middle East.
