Client(s) Jefferies Finance LLC

Jones Day represented Jefferies Finance LLC, as administrative agent, issuing lender, swingline lender, and joint arranger, in connection with the arrangement of $350 million of senior secured credit facilities for a provider of systems lifecycle management, endpoint security, and IT service management solutions for desktops, servers, and mobile devices. The credit facilities consisted of a $330 million term loan and a $20 million revolving credit facility.
