Riverside portfolio company acquires iMech

Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day advised H-D Advanced Manufacturing Company (H-D), a company formed by a partnership between The Riverside Company and Hicks Equity Partners, in the merger of Innovative Mechanical Solutions Ltd. and Leading Edge Heat Treatment Ltd. (collectively iMech) into H-D. Jones Day also assisted H-D with the debt and equity financing undertaken in connection with the acquisition.
