Client(s) Nexteer Automotive Corporation

Jones Day represented Nexteer Automotive Corporation, a tier one supplier of major steering components to the auto industry, which was sued over alleged infringement concerning rare earth magnets contained in steering columns. Because the supply chain was at issue, this was a serious matter to our client. The case was settled favorably prior to hearing.
