Riverside portfolio company acquires ProSites

Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day represented The Riverside Company in connection with its acquisition and related financing by portfolio company CPASiteSolutions, Inc. of ProSites, Inc., a leading medical and dental website design firm. The financing consisted of amendments to an existing secured credit facility, including a revolving credit facility and term loan, as well as a subordinated note purchase agreement.
