Jones Day advised TreeFrog Developments, Inc. (d.b.a. LifeProof), a leading designer, manufacturer, and marketer of protective and waterproof cases for smartphones and tablets, in its acquisition by OtterBox Holdings, Inc., a manufacturer of accessories for smartphones, tablets and mobile devices.
