Jefferies International completes sale of Ordinary Shares in NB Private Equity Partners Limited

Jones Day advised Jefferies International Limited in connection with the sale of Class A Ordinary Shares in NB Private Equity Partners Limited, a closed-end private equity investment company that holds a diversified portfolio of private equity fund investments and direct co-investments selected by the NB Alternatives group of Neuberger Berman, diversified across private equity asset class, geography, industry, vintage year, and sponsor, by its largest shareholder Lehman Brothers Offshore Partners Ltd.

A total of 7,651,160 Class A Ordinary Shares in NB Private Equity Partners were sold, equivalent to approximately 15.5% of the Class A Ordinary Shares. Jefferies International Limited conducted a placing of the Class A Ordinary Shares amongst a number of institutional investors.
