Hypothekenbank Frankfurt finalizes settlement agreement in connection with existing mortgage loan agreement

Client(s) Hypothekenbank Frankfurt AG

Jones Day advised Hypothekenbank Frankfurt AG, as lender, in connection with a settlement agreement relating to an existing mortgage loan agreement. The settlement included, but was not limited to, an early, mandatory €3 million pre-payment and termination of the mortgage loan agreement and related assignment to a member of the borrower's group.
