Jones Day advised Cosan in structuring, forming and documenting Novvi LLC (a joint venture in the U.S. with Amyris, Inc.) and also in the expansion of the joint venture to include renewable additives and finished lubricants for industrial, commercial, and automotive uses in addition to the joint venture's original scope of renewable, base oils for such markets.
