G.P. was referred to the Jones Day Pittsburgh Office after her landlord filed an action to evict her from her home and for five month’s unpaid  rent, late fees, and attorney’s fees.  In response to the eviction action, the Jones Day team filed preliminary objections and asserted a defense of the breach of the implied warranty of habitability.
