Riverside completes merger of portfolio company with Affiniscape

Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day represented The Riverside Company in connection with the merger and related financing of portfolio company YourMembership.com Inc. with Affiniscape Inc., a provider of association management software and career board job posting services for associations. The financing consisted of an amendment and joinder to the credit parties' existing secured credit facility, including a revolving credit facility and a term loan.
