Cortec Group acquires Harmar Mobility

Client(s) Cortec Group, Inc.

Jones Day represented Cortec Group, Inc. in connection with its acquisition and related financing of Harmar Mobility, LLC, a manufacturer of lifts, ramps, and hoists for wheelchairs and scooters. The financing consisted of a senior secured credit facility, including a revolving facility with a letter of credit sublimit, a swing line facility, and a term loan facility; and mezzanine financing through the sale of Senior Subordinated Notes.
