Jones Day represented a leading refining and chemicals company as lead investor in connection with the purchase of Series C Preferred Stock in a private placement by EdeniQ, Inc., a developer of proprietary, cutting edge solutions for the global biofuels industry. Co-investors included Morgan Stanley, Cyrus Capital Partners, Kleiner Perkins, Draper Fischer Jurvetson, and The Angeleno Group.
