Riverside portfolio company acquires Galaxy Associates

Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day represented The Riverside Company in connection with the acquisition and related financing of Galaxy Associates, Inc., a provider of specialty chemicals in the industrial, transportation and pulp and paper industries, as an add-on to portfolio company DuBois Chemicals, Inc. The financing consisted of a senior secured credit facility, including a revolving facility with a letter of credit sublimit, a swing line facility, and a term loan facility.
