Jones Day advised London & Stamford Property Plc in the £265 million ($407.3 million) sale of the 17 distribution assets comprising the Triangle Distribution Portfolio and including the recently acquired 5110 Magna Park, Lutterworth, to BRE/Rhombus Bidco Sarl, an entity managed by a Blackstone real estate fund.
