Jones Day represented Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in a wage and hour class action brought by a putative class of former employees alleging claims under New York Labor Law and various common law causes of action, including breach of contract, quantum meruit, unjust enrichment, fraud, negligent misrepresentation, conversion, and estoppel. Jones Day obtained a favorable outcome on behalf of the client through an aggressive defense that resulted in the Plaintiffs voluntarily dismissing the complaint with no financial payment.
